History of the Events Committee

At the Hawaii MINC Board meeting on 31 Jan 2001, MINC Board co-opted Peter Batchelor and Richard Lindsay to be on the Events Committee and were directed to work closely with DNSO/ICANN on the issue of multilingual gTLDs. Richard Lindsey was designated the Chair of the Events Committee; the Committee was instructed to prepare a plan for the Workshop as soon as possible.
