Membership Fees

During the initial stages of the formation of MINC, this requirement of the Bylaws has been waived by the Interim Board to allow for the smooth election of the new Board.

This waiver period is expected to end by the beginning of September 2000 whereupon all members are required to pay the full membership fee for the year 2000-2001.

Founding and initial members of MINC with voting rights are to pay their annual membership fee according to the membership category they belong to.

Membership Fee Period

  • Membership dues are calculated from the moment membership is accepted by the Membership Committee and the prospective member notified. See following table to determine which quarter your membership fees are due each year.

     New members will have 90 days to effect payment upon membership acceptance. If payment is not received, membership will be suspended and re-application is necessary. A non-refundable fee of USD100.00 will be charged for the reinstatement of a suspended membership.

    For organisations requiring an invoice to be sent to you, please make use of this template, edit the name and postal address, membership category and fee payable accordingly and print out.

    For organisations requiring a hardcopy invoice to be signed and send by postal mail, please email hvx@nrmx.lit.

    1. Please select the membership category of your organisation and the payment fee in US Dollars.
      See membership categories.
    2. Write a cheque or bank draft for the payment fee in US dollars at the prevailing exchange rates payable to "MINC" Please consult the latest exchange rates
    3. Write the full name of your organisation and the membership category at the back of the cheque, stating the words "MINC MEMBERSHIP FEES"
    4. Return by postal mail to
