During the initial stages of the formation of MINC, this requirement of the Bylaws has been waived by the Interim Board to allow for the smooth election of the new Board.
This waiver period is expected to end by the beginning of September 2000 whereupon all members are required to pay the full membership fee for the year 2000-2001.
Founding and initial members of MINC with voting rights are to pay their annual membership fee according to the membership category they belong to.
Membership Fee Period
Membership dues are calculated from the moment membership is accepted by the Membership Committee and the prospective member notified. See following table to determine which quarter your membership fees are due each year.

New members will have 90 days to effect payment upon membership acceptance. If payment is not received, membership will be suspended and re-application is necessary. A non-refundable fee of USD100.00 will be charged for the reinstatement of a suspended membership.
